How do you manage to keep your prices so low?

At Speedy Shelving we buy our stock in bulk so that we can pass the savings directly on to you, our customer. This means that we can offer competitively priced products without compromising quality or our rapid delivery service. Do I have to pay by credit/debit card?

Not at all, you are welcome to make payment to us by BACS, PayPal, and cheque if you prefer not to use a credit or debit card. These payment options can all be selected at the online checkout when placing your order, or specified over the phone with our Sales Team. Please be aware that we require full clear payment prior to dispatching your order so please allow enough time for cheques to clear if choosing this payment method. How much does delivery cost?

Most of our products are both large and heavy to transport and therefore incur a higher delivery charge. However, we offer FREE Mainland UK delivery for all orders over £350 +VAT. We constantly check our delivery rates and ensure our rapid delivery charges are kept as low as possible. We also monitor our carriers to ensure that we are using the best companies to deliver your goods.

Why hasn’t my delivery arrived?

The majority of our products are delivered using external couriers who we monitor regularly to ensure that we are using the best companies to carry your order. Whilst we demand that all of our carries uphold our delivery promises, we cannot always guarantee that they will deliver on the date we have given. On average, more than 95% of our deliveries arrive on the given date. Less than 5% of our deliveries, however, are susceptible to conditions outside of our control. But, on the few occasions that this may happen, it is more than likely that your order will arrive the following day. We nevertheless suggest that if your delivery has not arrived on the given date, you contact Customer Services on 08450 663366 (this number is charged at 2p per minute plus any additional access charges from your service provider), or e-mail sales@speedyshelving.com to notify us. We will then do our best to rearrange the delivery or a replacement item as conveniently as possible for you.
