Why hasn’t my delivery arrived?

The majority of our products are delivered using external couriers who we monitor regularly to ensure that we are using the best companies to carry your order. Whilst we demand that all of our carries uphold our delivery promises, we cannot always guarantee that they will deliver on the date we have given. On average, more than 95% of our deliveries arrive on the given date. Less than 5% of our deliveries, however, are susceptible to conditions outside of our control. But, on the few occasions that this may happen, it is more than likely that your order will arrive the following day. We nevertheless suggest that if your delivery has not arrived on the given date, you contact Customer Services on 08450 663366 (this number is charged at 2p per minute plus any additional access charges from your service provider), or e-mail sales@speedyshelving.com to notify us. We will then do our best to rearrange the delivery or a replacement item as conveniently as possible for you.
